Dear Pretty Birds, Last weekend I was swept away on a gorgeous Roman holiday by Hermès in celebration of La Maison des Carrés, the French house’s new e-commerce site dedicated to its famous silk scarves. A splendid reason to visit the "eternal city," the weekend’s stellar event was the “Silk Ball,” glamorously held at Rome’s Teatro dell’Opera.
